While the specific pieces that make up this living space are not necessarily minimalist—the marble coffee table in an organic design and the traditional cast-iron fireplace—they serve as the focal points in the otherwise sparse room and are balanced by complementary furniture in the same color palette and bright white walls.
Although more uncommon in spaces such as the living room, marble can integrate beautifully into the décor. Here, for example, it complements the color palette perfectly.
Depending on how the rest of the décor is organized and on the colors used throughout the room, marble features can have different colors and textures.
Marble has so many great uses it's hard to say which one is the most common. Marble tiles are really popular but so are marble slabs used on the wall. And there are also the forever stylish marble countertops. Today we'll focus on furniture that features marble tops.
