The coffee table is often called the centerpiece of the room. But you will notice that the same term is often used for a sofa, a rug, or any other piece of furniture.
Sofa is usually the first major piece of furniture we invest in for our living rooms—and, arguably, for our homes. One of the larger pieces of furniture, it's also the one we spend the most time on (other than our beds), and we often have very strict ideas of how comfortable it should be. So it's no wonder that this piece of furniture gets most of our attention when decorating a living room. But there's another important piece of the puzzle that often gets neglected: the coffee table.
People are now much more heavily invested in making the right design choices for their home and they are far more open to innovative and cutting edge design. The rise in the number of interior design websites and blogs, showcased by The Telegraph, shows that people’s thirst for exploring the latest trends is not going to be disappearing any time soon. This means that even the simplest piece in a room, such as a coffee table, will have been chosen with considerable care.
Besides existing 'eclectically glamorous', a ' Moroccan‐ tray table ' is multifunctional. Grab the top tray to the kitchen to fill‐ up with teatime essentials as well as then carry it right back to its stand. You will never desire for a stationary coffee table again.
If you are prone to booting your feet up on the coffee table, why not create the ritual more comfortable by changing your coffee table with an ottoman? A tray on the cushy ottoman would keep your essentials corralled plus your drinks steady.
